UNEXPECTED Posted byJosepoetAugust 28, 2022Posted inDUETS Heart raced at 150 kilometres per hourAnxious being the driving powerNow and then I would shout “I made it” louder…But it was a campus life calling me up the towerI thought I would stand there and smile for the beautiful flowerOnly to come and see what was hidden behind the coverUnexpected… unexpected indeed like a cold showerA place to sleep hungry but smile for the pictureA place you seem holy but counted amount the mixtureA holy place where every believer is a sinnerCampus life, a song I would sing if I was a singerThey say here you will rest from working hard to cross the riverYet here, is where dwells the mighty killerMinds go mud, hearts are broken, that is the truth my brother….my sister…A small heaven where you are given the freedomFreedom that later gets you eatenFreedom that leads your driver to be beatenI would say, this is the arena where the beast is awakenEarthquake that result to pillars of life to be shakenplease the innocent soul, never be mistakenAll these is unexpected, or is it me who have lost my location?By Josepoet Share this:TwitterFacebookLike Loading...
